Why focussing on fun and entertainment is more mature than “taking responsibility”

Darlings, I know. I’m walking a thin line here, but let me tell you, life is here to be enjoyed. There’s nothing we need to “survive” per se. We’ll die, we’ll come back, and we’ll try again.

That said, we’ll have to take responsibility for our own actions and for this planet. We need to leave it at least as good as we found it, if not better. The responsibility we need to take is to make sure the planet stays fun and exciting and can provide happy years for future generations before we ruin it for everybody. And we will be the ones suffering the consequences of our own failures. We’ll be blaming ourselves – our current incarnations – for everything we did wrong, but it’ll be on us, everything that is wrong with this world is our own doing to ourselves. The sins of the father are paid by the son – we are both the father and the son, in a manner of speaking.

What life is for; however, the purpose of life is to enjoy it. To entertain ourselves and each other for ALL ETERNITY. Whatever we enjoy, whatever entertains us, we are permitted to do – arguably, saving the planet can be a form of entertainment for those inclined that way, but… You know… Whatever cooks your crumpet.

Responsibility is somewhat of a fear response. Carelessness may also be such. If you cannot face realities at all and decide to party your life away because you’re too scared of everything real… Still, there is nothing real to be afraid of. We’ll be fine. The Universe is full of possibilities, we’ll get to all of them…. Eventually. The only real danger is that we might get bored… and as a real possibility, that’s never going to happen. 😀

It’s OK to have a party. It’s OK to ignore all… B.S. I don’t know. Just relax. It’s all good. Just live for a good laugh. It’s all that really has a point.
