Second Life as your New Romantic Life testing platform

Second Life is a very open-minded platform. Being a role-playing game, there is no need to pretend to be something you’re not, but you can openly pretend to be someone else, living a different type of lifestyle. As you explore the archives here on my blog, I encourage you to create an avatar on Second Life and see how you’d enjoy these things – at least in the digital form. No need for a major commitment to the way of life you’re testing, nobody reasonable would be offended if you decide it’s not your kind of role play.

Alternate Lifestyles

There’s ton of BDSM-related lifestyle sims on Second Life. I find it funny when people treat BDSM like some kind of a rare thing, and I’m like… Who ISN’T into BDSM? At least a little? 😀 So if you’re feeling like you’re the odd one out thinking BDSM is interesting… Maybe join Second Life to find kindred spirits and a lot of good guidance to the lifestyle. (NOT my personal area of expertise, but hey, who isn’t into it A LITTLE?)

Baby Girl – Daddy -relationships are also visible on Second Life. This goes a little toward the banned age play but the thing about Baby Girl/Boy -scenarios is that the “baby” is very much an adult. They don’t pretend to be a child, they are, instead adults who have retained their baby-like qualities and traits. Daddy is then indulging in his need to nurture and protect, and then there’s the combination of these two: daddy dom.

Polygyny is very well represented on Second Life. Polyandry and polygynandry not as much. However, “traditional forms of polyandry” haha are well visible… (Sluts, cuckolds, whores, escorts…) I’d like to see more polyandrous marriages on the grid, but I haven’t come across many. Still, men do not seem to be against the idea in principle, it’s just that they do feel wary to trust that polyandry wouldn’t fall into a war over the wife between the supposed brother-husbands. However, I digress. Pet topic.
