Don’t marry hoping to save the relationship.

If you marry (or have children) hoping to salvage the relationship by doing that, you’re trying to fix a small mistake of getting into a relationship with the wrong person with a huge mistake of committing (to start a family) with the wrong person. You’re trying to fix a problem with a bigger problem.

We’ve all gone on a date with the wrong person – that’s the point of dating – we’ve all been in relationships with the wrong person to see if it will work, but we don’t all have the good sense to call it quits when it doesn’t work.

If you want true love, don’t tell yourself lies, alright?
