How to offend the Survivalist*?

There are times when you might have a genuine need to offend the Survivalist*. Anything that a Idealists* could think offensive is really water off a duck’s back to the Survivalist*. They don’t GIVE A FUCK about how selfish you think they are, how “tough” or “uncivilized” you think they are…

And here’s the irony. Not many of them are good enough at skilled things to even invite an insult, as they’re obviously amateurs at what they do, so they think they’re doing good there…

Insult them on what they haven’t learned, what they aren’t good at, how they’re falling behind the times, how they’re not paying attention to what’s going on in the world (they’re old fashioned), and finally… How they’re not very good at hair and makeup or how they don’t lift heavy enough weights. (There is no point insulting them on not being pretty, that they know; insulting them about how they’re not good at covering it up is much more effective.)

In general, insult them on things that they are not good at hiding. It’s NOT shameful for them to BE anything in specific; it’s shameful to fail to hide it. “You don’t hide your stupidity well enough. Just say nothing, OK?”
