At the end of the day a narcissist will settle for very little.
A narcissist has basically a 0 self worth. It’s all an act and they are painfully aware of it. When they ask you for something, they may bargain over something in a manner that makes no sense to a normal person. All they really want is a photo op and a right to pretend they matter.
A narcissistic friend can be begging for a selfie with an old friend who got famous but make it sound like they want to take over your life, to become you, when they only want to be seen with you once or twice.
Try the lowest price you can imagine: appeareances. They may even be relieved they don’t actually need to have a relationship with you to get to show everybody they do. 😀
