How is the True Emotion Mirror bond formed?

There is nothing that mystical about it. One lifetime, you enjoyed each other’s company so much that you want to do it again. You fell in love, got deeper in love, loved being in love, and wanted to be together always. Nobody else did it; you just loved each other more than anything else in this world, and that’s all the mystery – besides reincarnation – there is to it. They are what you would choose for yourself. You are what they would choose for themselves… Without any “oh, he/she will make me grow to be a better person even though they’re rubbish to be around” motivation required. You simply enjoy each other and living together.
