1. Can a person be unhappy or depressed due to serving someone else’s needs but be considered to be living a good life/living right?
Cat Thinker(s)*: No. Dog Thinker(s)*: Yes.
2. Is it possible for a person to live a life in a manner that disappoints someone who deeply loves them but still be considered a good person living their life right?
Cat Thinker(s)*: Yes. Dog Thinker(s)*: No.
Moral of the thinking:
To be fair, the Dog Thinker(s)* would feel that happiness comes from serving the needs of someone who loves you automatically. Love must be rewarded.
Old Soul* would agree that happiness comes from serving someone, yes, but that person must be important to the person who serves them, regardless of how that person feels toward the person serving them. Love is an involuntary reaction to someone lovable, and thus the credit of the person loved, and therefore love needs no reward.
