If you feel a guilt trip on you for any reason, even wordlessly “in spirit” “in the air” if you will, dig in.

For me, it’s always been “you have trust issues.” This is not necessarily your OWN FEELING, ironically, it is the feeling you get when others accuse you of something. Therefore, you can argue against it. Do you have trust issues, or are the people around you simply unreliable?

If you have learned the lesson “do not judge” too well, it may be the time to start looking at the people around you who haven’t. “Excuse me but…” Maybe there are other people around you who need a look in the mirror much worse than you do, but because you are WILLING to look into the mirror and sort your shit out, maybe your soulmates have left you do all the work while their ignore their part.

Now, YOUR JOB is to start pointing a finger here and there, and never mind if three of them point back at you, if you are willing to work on what the three fingers are pointing at. 😉
