True Emotion Mirrors and boredom

There’s a curious feeling about True Emotion Mirrors that I don’t usually mention. There’s a certain nonchalance about it at times. Even if you feel bored with them, you feel calm and happy with them, and not trapped with them. In other relationships, you’d feel “oh forget about it” or “whatever,” and yes, you kinda feel that way sometimes about your True Emotion Mirror, too, possibly, but the odd thing is that you just know it’s temporary. Things will pick up again, and you don’t really need to worry. Your brain may try to make you worry about it, but you still know it’s FINE. They’ll be back, come around, your relationship will find its curve again.

Don’t expect the same to be true if you’re in some kind of a relationship with a Trail Companion. They MUST keep you entertained or you will forget they exist.
