Why people who don’t believe in the spiritual are important, too

I am writing a psycho-spiritual theory. Often, I encourage people to not to push this onto people who don’t need it yet. Today, I ran into another point along the same lines. There is need for all kinds of people in this world, and we all fall down at times. It is sometimes important, that there are people who do not believe in anything spiritual, who do not see it, and who do not sense it. Here’s some.

Getting over a past life trauma by not remembering it

While we all do reincarnate whether we like it or not, whether we believe we will or not, it is in many ways beneficial to not remember one’s past lives, but also to not believe in them. One of the happiest reasons for not remembering is the possibility to relive it all again like it was the first time, but there’s more.

Remembering all of our past lives would drive anyone insane. We have to compartmentalize a bit to handle this. But even more so, sometimes, past life traumas get so huge, the biggest blessing in this world is not to remember.

When your baby cries night after night after night, clings onto you to dear life, and makes a fuss, the chances are they are still terrified over what happened to them in their previous life. You don’t know what it was, maybe it was just a misunderstanding with a loved one, but it could have been something violent or who knows. Sometimes, just the mere fact your mom wants to figure out why you’re crying can actually be a bad thing. Sometimes the best protection from a past life is a mother who doesn’t believe in it, and refuses to consider ghosts. It makes your world smaller. It makes it easier to trust that you’re safe when nothing lurks in the unseen of your subconscious mind.

Truth be told, we are all perfectly safe, but when your mind is confused and terrified, it’s not easy to trust that.

Witches have no power over non-believers

No supernatural magic has power over a non-believer. Of course, sometimes people say they don’t believe when in reality, they do, but a true non-believer is perfectly safe from all witchy rubbish. Ghosts don’t bother them, and no evil eye will make them sick.

Have you noticed, that if you don’t believe you can get fat or sick, you won’t until someone convinces you that you can? I am willing to bet that we wouldn’t die of old age if we didn’t think it’s possible to.

What holds it all together is beliefs

What made spirit turn into matter is faith that solid matter exists. It is essential there are enough people to believe the physical is inevitable to keep it all together. It’s all energy. What keeps it physical is faith. :p
