Gender energies and authentic self

Each one of us carries a unique balance of gender energies, male and female -sides to themselves, which reflects the way we express ourselves and what values we hold. The balance of these energies has virtually nothing to do with your physical gender, and even assigning them to a specific physical gender is unwise.

This also doesn’t mean the idea of “being in touch with one’s feminine side”, this is a description of one’s inherent energy balance, which is either obstructed or not but doesn’t change over time. Our current expression is more a dirty lamp – the lamp itself is what it is, but if you wipe it clean more light will shine through.
