Trust your own spiritual path

Please note that the purpose of this post is not to belittle the Old Soul level 5 people. However, we feel that we have to make a point about how visible they are amongst the seekers of the spiritual truth (lacking better expression), often distracting people from what is truly your individual path. What is characteristic for level 5 Old Souls is that they are typical spiritualists. They are extremely easy to identify, probably the easiest of all soul age levels, as they stick out like a sore thumb. Hippy is one word for them. Psychic is another – very often they are psychic or at least have trained their psychic abilities to the highest extent they can. By now you have a mental image of them and I don’t need to go further. Granted, they are very advanced souls, they have only two more soul age levels to go, but there are the two more… The people on the two higher soul age level are people you don’t necessarily even consider to be spiritually highly evolved.

A few examples of 7th level old souls: Anthony Robbins, Michael Jackson, Sean Connery, Russel Brand, and the most shocking one of them all, none other than Howard Stern, believe it or not! While  you might take Anthony Robbins, or even Brand for an advanced soul, Howard Stern might be harder to swallow. (He’d like that though.) What is in common for the seventh level Old Souls is that they don’t follow norms, they don’t follow a cult, except for Tom Cruise, who is also a Full 7. (And no, Scientology is not the answer!!) I think a lot of us expect the seventh level Old Souls to be about an inch away from levitation, but apart from Brand, I don’t think the rest of them have a chance. 😀 The 7th level Old Souls are highly individualistic. They march to the beat of their own drum – or dance to it, rather.

What is also a major difference between the level 5’rs and 7’s is their relationship with the word ‘love’. The 5’s need to love everything and everyone, even if it kills them. This is what is ‘expected’ of a highly evolved soul, isn’t it? They have difficult time accepting the idea that a humans can love each other at the same level a God would – and that a God might appear in the light of a bigot when commanded to. A level 5 soul is looking to unite, where as level 7 souls are fiercely individualistic, and the thought of combining their soul with others is offensive to them! In fact, level 6 elders feel the same way about that one as the 7’s. The 5’s are the most profoundly unity seeking soul age level of all of them, making it an easy mistake to think that they have truly found the answer and are closest to the ‘heavens’. The 7’s are the most profoundly individualistic souls of all of them, and doesn’t that tell you something about which way we are headed?

Needles to say this website will primarily appeal to level 6 and 7 old souls. Level 5 souls will probably find our content absolutely abhorrent. The younger ones, if they are interested at all, will probably wait for other people’s reactions before making decisions on it.

It is also needless to say that most spiritual literature is written by 5th level old souls. The rest of us don’t often feel spiritual enough to qualify. Neale Donald Walsch is one of the seventh level old souls that have sought answers from God and received them. In the opening pages of his book series Conversateons with God, he explains how he struggled to accept that he was advanced enough to converse with God. Granted, not an easy thing to accept, but he too was probably looking up to the level 5’s for spiritual superiority.

Of course, being a 7th level Old Soul doesn’t guarantee a direct line to the spirit world. In fact, that is far more likely to happen at level 5. It is quite possible for a person to be on a 6th or 7th Old Soul level and be completely clueless (as in disinterested) about the spiritual world. However, they have discovered the secret: You were created to be you for a reason. What ever you do, don’t mess with who you are, what you feel, and what you want to do.
