People who look good “posers” if you will, don’t get impressed by “easy going”

Don’t get me wrong. I don’t think all good-looking people are “posers,” but that’s how others may view you… Us. Still, we all fall in love with our own likeness. This has got to do with the way we THINK much more than what we look like, but we look like the outcome of our own thinking. For instance, if you believe in healthy habits and love physical beauty, the likelihood that you’re going to let yourself go or fall for someone who has let themselves go are super slim. If you love thinking, philosophy, arts, and that kind of things, it’s unlikely you’ll fall in love with a couch potato sports fan.

On the odd occasion.

Even though the people who like simpler things in life and do NOT demand a whole lot from each other would think you’d feel better with them as you don’t have to try so hard, they’d be surprised how difficult it is to NOT WORK on yourself when you find it important to. We get BORED. We get mind-numbingly bored just watching television and eating cupcakes all day. It may be nice every once in a while, sure, but not day in and day out!

The opposite might be true, too; philosophy and spirituality might be interesting every once in a while, but not day in, day out like it is for some of us. Some would maybe enjoy a nature walk a year, but not every opportunity that arises!

We look like what we love doing.

Aesthetics is not a shallow thing to focus on. It’s an intellectual thing. Also, it is shallow to think a beautiful person would be automatically shallow. Never again beat yourself up for wanting to date and befriend beautiful people. It is not shallow. It’s just the way some people are and prefer to be.

We look like what we love. Therefore, we judge each other by the way we look because it’s a good indicator of how we’re going to be spending our time together. Are we going to go dancing a lot? Library? Nature walks? Television and popcorn? While all of that stuff is interesting occasionally for all of us, we prioritize things, and we wear our priorities in the way we look.
