About the Free Spirit Theory
The Free Spirit Theory is based on the understanding that the Universe exists as a playground of equal free spirits, entities of both physical and non-physical nature, who are free to be whatever they are through their own refinement (editing work) of their immortal soul. We each choose what we want to be known as, sometimes logically, sometimes illogically, sometimes out of our own free will, sometimes due to pressure of other free spirits (in our case, people).
We are here to answer some basic questions: Who am I? What do I want to be? What do I enjoy? All three questions equally important, with the basic goal to live an enjoyable existence, because otherwise what is the point of all of this?
Each entity has the highest goal of becoming who they are out of unlimited options. Physical, non-physical, good, evil – all of this is up to each soul’s individual choice. Nobody needs to follow the other. There is no mutual goal, each one of us has a slightly different goal, albeit often very similar because we all just want to be happy.
This doesn’t mean that the physical would be in any way illusionary, it simply means that we create our own experience by moving into the time and place and to people (and other entities) that support the way that we want to experience the world. We do that naturally by seeking out these circumstances (ie. change jobs), and we do this subconsciously by selecting which experiences we focus on, but the reality is the same for everyone whether we observe the reality accurately or not.
Time unfolds very much the same way that it appears to us in the physical apart from the soul-level discussions and plans that happen behind our backs. The future is envisioned by our souls – not set into stone. It is a very similar process as you would visualise yourself going to a job interview, you can predict a lot of the circumstances for yourself; There’s going to be a room, a table, a chair, people will be dressed in business suits etc, but you won’t know precisely what will happen. On a spirit level, we have more information available and that allows more accurate predictions, but even so the future hasn’t happened yet.
God appears to people in the form that you want him/her/it to. If you want confirmation to your beliefs, you will get them, but if you look for truth rather than what you want to hear, you will get a lot closer to it. There are limitations to our ability to understand life – not because we are physical and thus dumber than our friends in spirit, but because we work with these limitations a lot – sometimes like an artist who decides to write a poem using only words beginning with the letter d. When in an completely/near self-aware state, a person in the physical can easily match or surpass a non-embodied spirit; it is a question of personality, not a question of form they take. (It would be comparable to bigotry to take the word of a spirit over the word of a person simply based on their form. They have a different point of view, not automatically better – use your own judgement, but having said that, many of us could use a new perspective, couldn’t we?)
We reincarnate, and through these incarnations we decide little by little what a perfect form of physical life would be like. What each of us would be like in a perfect form. Once we find that perfection, death will no longer be necessary. Perfection cannot be defined by anyone but the person themselves – that is the whole idea of the creation: What would each of us be if we could be anything? The expected life span that each species is limited to is really only a reset-button, a security measure that makes sure you don’t waste too much time on a non-perfect life. For as long as you keep dying you know you still didn’t get something right in the previous life; try again. LOVE LIFE.
Love life and love the people and dogs and cats and apes in it! We surround ourselves with the same souls over and over, people who challenge us, run us to the ground and teach us strength and people who pick us up when we fall, dust us of and while they help us get ahead they thrive by our side. Our lives are full of soulmates, both friends and foes; that in the context of the Free Spirit Theory are defined in the Free Spirit soulmate typology, in a way that helps us understand different kinds of soulmate connections.
We have all existed forever in some form, but not all of us have been actively involved in life from day one. People who normally like to be the first to try out things are probably ones that have been out here playing amongst the first souls. Souls who take tentative steps in general also take tentative steps in life; first attaching themselves to inanimate objects, then something alive but simple, then more complicated until they are brave enough to live a life as a mammal – limiting ourselves to Earth this time. Some of us have busted through evolution demanding more challenge and goals: I want to see what else we can do! Could we… Speak? Could we walk? Could we exchange ideas? Could we sing? Could we express love better? We can be anything, do anything, and the only thing stopping us is our belief that we cannot. Sure, the limitations of this planet are what they are – we choose to live this way here – but the Universe is too big for comprehension, and if you run out of space, I’m sure we can build more of it!
Now the question is; what do you want to be if you could be anything? A vampire? An angel? A demon? An alien? A planet maybe? A new life form that doesn’t exist yet? Or perhaps you would really just rather be you, because being you is actually quite awesome, isn’t it?
