Barge in and start making changes… A bit rude, don’t you think?
the Young Soul* have this annoying way of thinking about new people… While THEY hate strangers with all their heart, they like to be the stranger who barges in, starts making changes to their own liking, and complains when the locals don’t like it. They absolutely prefer being the stranger who isn’t liked, rather than being one of the locals whose space is being violated… But then, don’t we all?
the Ravens* have a basic rule: You don’t join a community, a group of friends, or so much as an online website, without already respecting their way of doing things. They want to JOIN something that already matches their wishes to a large degree, and if they ever try to make changes, they wish it will be good for everybody in the community. They wish to be a positive influence… But then, it is to be argued that the Young Soul*, are, too, under the impression that their way is the better way.
However, this is the thing: Whenever a group leaves the normal community to create something unusual, they have left the norm in order to do something different. They don’t appreciate being pushed back toward normalcy when ‘normal’ is available everywhere else.
Here’s saying something tho: the Young Soul* don’t have nearly as much resistance toward a local starting doing something unusual as they have with an outsider doing something weird, whereas the Ravens* feel the opposite; they don’t like insiders changing something they know full well is a well-established tradition, but they will rather move away and start a new community on fresh ground out of respect for the established. They will also welcome anyone who feels the same way but does not appreciate the old ways following them to the new place.
Now, the Ravens* are very careful about where they start making waves. They must feel ABSOLUTELY PERFECTLY LOVED in order to ask for the smallest of changes. The Young Soul* create change violently in order to feel loved… And important, even if people value their peace and quiet enough to give into their demands.
An outsider in a close-knit community is always a danger. A Dog-Type Thinking community resists change strongly and for a long time but then embraces it. A Cat Type Thinking* community will likely even back up their bags and leave if their neighborhood is tainted by new types of thinkers.
the Ravens* have an old and established way of thinking, they like their own ways and spaces, but they are, as a consequence, liberal thinkers. They just want everybody to have their space and way, and they don’t want to rock anyone’s boat. The Young Soul*, ironically, are very malliable, which means that they will adapt and change their ways with some aggressive consideration. They don’t care about personal space, because they BELIEVE people will adapt. Still, ironically, every new idea ever is from a Ravens* thriving to return back to their old ways but in a better or a less invasive way…
When approaching a new community, the Ravens* could establish their limitations with the local the Ravens*, and then, as long as they keep to these boundaries, establish themselves, and the Young Soul* will always adapt to whatever the Ravens* are fine with. The Ravens* have a clear idea how they like things. They are open to new, BETTER suggestions, but they don’t like things pushed upon them without permission or respect. The Young Soul* don’t think you’re certain about the better way unless you push it down people’s throats, so as a unison, the Ravens* can negotiate the best way to do things, and then push that idea down the Young Soul*’ throats as a favor to them, “you have to take your medicine” style.
