Ego

Ego in psychology means an idea of who you are; what you mean when you say the word “I”. Ego in spiritual texts means a little different thing, and seems to stem from the Normal Person*critisism toward the sapiosexual; someone who identifies with a group criticising a person who self-identifies as an individual. Therefore, in spiritual conversation it means a person who has a separate idea of themselves than a member of a group they belong in, the Savants* would then expand this group to mean all living things, which is the only way such an idea makes spiritual sense to a Savants*.

I use the word ego in the psychological sense and largely ignore its use in spirituality, although sometimes I must make comments on it.
