How to break the telepathic connection to unwanted people?

Please trust me that they are with you for a reason, but that reason isn’t necessarily to make up with them and reestablish a relationship with them. They may be there to teach you how they think so you can avoid karmic binding like this in the future. They may not be teaching this to you on purpose, but you know – they might have to learn a thing or two themselves. If you are decided to drop these people, then you keep going in that decision and see how it goes.

Once you are done with them, you will again focus on the real world more. You’ll just forget they’re there, and they’ll fall out of your spirit companionship eventually. Just keep your head straight and keep plugging away.
