Formal

You can use my content following the conventional rules, as per usual for copyrighted material. However, I know the absence of a legal name can be difficult in formal situations.

Please cite the text under “Sebastyne Alpha,” which is a pseudonym (pen name), and mention the full address to the page in question. You may also include the code “ecd1f512,” a secret hash that will reveal my legal name if I need it to.

The date of the post is shown under the subject heading.

Example (I prefer the name “Sebastyne” to be visible in the citation over just Alpha, S., but I understand you may use another format):

Alpha, Sebastyne pseudonym, ecd1f512. “Page Title.” sebastyne.com/read/everything/, 1 Jan. 2023, sebastyne.com/sample-url. Accessed 5 May 2023.

The “date accessed” should be there because websites can be edited after your visit and may no longer match your citation when your text is read.

Grammarly provides a citation creator. If I have a say, I prefer MLA or Chicago formatting for the complete name.

Informal

In an informal context, I only require the name Sebastyne and the website address (Sebastyne.com or sebastyne.com/read/everything) – you may add whatever other information you wish.
