I believe I am an incarnation of someone famous – am I crazy?

We all understand why it would be worth thinking twice if we start imagining ourselves to be an incarnation of someone famous. Even if you were mistaken, it’s certainly not craziness, but a simple case of mistaken identity. There’s a lot of people that resemble us, in my theories I call them Spirit Doubles. However, there are good reasons why it would be easy to find one’s own famous incarnations; they’re right there to be discovered. But it is not always easy to tell who are the rightful incarnation of the famous people we know, but I’ll tell you some of the key check points that you need to make sure.

Are you them or just someone much like them?

We don’t change much between incarnations, and during the recorded history none of us has had time to change in any significant way without changing species. The change is incredibly slow, and the older you are by your soul age, the slower the change is. The young souls can evolve quickly, but they are rarely famous due to talent or in their own right but rather by association to someone else. We of course mature and get more refined in time, but we remain fairly similar through incarnations, especially ancient souls who have a very refined idea of who they are and what they like to do – and in the case of famous people that is pretty much the case, we are generally speaking talking about ancient souls (with some exceptions). Therefore, any clear differences that you can find in the character of a potential previous incarnation is a red flag. Similarly, the less you look like them, the less likely you are to be their true incarnation, but rather what I call a Spirit Double or perhaps their soulmate. If you have no resemblance at all and both of you are physically fully functional, I don’t believe you to be the same person. Even physical impairments often follow from reincarnation to another in some form, until the person decides to let them go. (They are a good way of making others demand less of you, and making achievements seem bigger than those of able bodied people.) Make a note that even paintings are often very much correct, even when they are sketchy or painted years after the actual person dying, such as Jesus Christ, who I believe was not one person but at least three people of the same soulmate group, all of whom have been repeatedly painted in a very concise manner. (More about that some other time.)

Birth dates and time of death – you can’t be in two places at once

Some people believe in concurrent incarnations but they do not exist, they are a case of Spirit Doubles should they be found. However, there is a minor (okay, major) problem with this rule; Walk-in (and -out) souls, that can be quite confusing. The fact remains that you can’t be in two places at one time, but there is a reason to consider a possible soul switch in some cases, especially during the 60’s and 70’s when pretty much everyone was on drugs this has happened a lot. (Jim Morrison is one person who seemed to be switching personalities constantly.) If the said famous person was known to have multiple personality disorder, you might have been one of those personalities. You can allow a few months difference in the day of death to the date of birth. This is due to the dying often already been gone and the baby souls not being quite there yet, or the body surviving in a half-conscious state, during which there can be some overlap between bodies if the baby has some “help” from other souls. (It’s sometimes difficult to tell the baby’s personality, especially if they’re born in weak soulmate family). Their life is sustained by someone else, during the modern medicine, a machine, prolonging the natural life by quite some time and allowing the soul to leave the body although the body is still alive. (Yes, you can turn off the machines on a person who is in a vegetated state. They don’t need the body anymore and can be a burden to them as they try to reincarnate.)

Can you identify your friends?

This is an awesome way to state a claim on someone famous. As you know, your soulmates follow you throughout incarnations, and this is the case with famous people as well. You should be able to pin point at least some of your friends and family that you know are their friends or family, and the closer knit group of friends and soulmates you have, the more important it is that you find them in the famous person’s history as well. The more, the better.

Would you ever marry the same person/people?

Similarly, if you can find out how your assumed previous incarnation got along with their spouse(s), you should be able to tell whether their picture awakens similar instinctive feelings as they felt. If their relationship was love-filled and passionate, you should LOVE the pictures of their spouse regardless of their age or the era the photos (or portraits) were taken (made). If their marriage was arranged, you should feel accordingly toward the photos.

You should be pursuing the same type of career or developing same talents

Talent doesn’t disappear. If you once were a famous novelist, you should be able to write quite amazing stories without trouble – or at least have a burning desire to do so. The other option is that you have an in-built, intense dislike toward the type of work that your previous incarnation did. Say you were a famous ballet dancer who gave her entire life to this form of art, perhaps due to parent’s insistence, you would instinctively detest anything relating to ballet. You would certainly never feel indifferent towards the work you used to do, and you certainly would have “natural” ability in the area, whether you’ve ever tried your hand at it or not.

Too big shoes to fill?

If you feel the person you think you might have been is a bit too much to measure up to, it’s unlikely to be your own incarnation. Certainly there is the possibility that you haven’t quite reached the heights you did previously, but you should feel an interesting level of familiarity towards them or a kind of ownership towards their life. As you go older and grow wiser, and especially as you try to realign with this previous incarnation, the talent, abilities and skills should start surfacing without much trouble.

You might have been an avid fan

This is one of the explanations. Sometimes we get so obsessed with an idol that we simply identify with their lives so strongly that they almost become us. The familiarity – is it real or is it imagined? Can you explain your own motivations for life decisions made, or can you even name inconsistencies between what is written about them and the actual realities? (Be careful here.)

Did you grow up connected to this person?

Does not really mean anything if you didn’t, but confirms some of it if you did find yourself identifying with this person at a young age. Odd things that would have popped in your head are quite cool little tid bits.

What about karma? Aren’t we supposed to be trying out different types of lives?

Karma has nothing to do with this. Fame that is based on talent and skill are acquired traits through ions of incarnations, but luck does strike in the form of riches regardless of soul age and has something to do with karma. Talent and skills come from experience, even if that experience is acquired through multiple incarnations, the people in question have worked their guts out for it.

Their experiences should help you understand yourself better

The reason why we should be interested in finding previous life times is not so much to offset our mundane existence by assuring ourselves that we once did something remarkable, but to understand our current motivations and relationships better through them. If you find no connection between your current life and their lives, you’re probably mistaken or simply don’t understand yourself very well. 😉 You should be quite equipped to explain their actions (if you understand yourself in this life) especially if that incarnation was within the last 500 years or so, but even older incarnations should be very much identifiable – yet harder to get an accurate historical description of.

My psychic confirmed this but none of the above checks add up.. 🙁

Physics are far from infallible. FAR FAR from it. They mainly read your own beliefs of the matter, so if you already have a belief that you are this person, they’re likely to pick that up from your mind. They are more mind readers than clairvoyants often times. Still freaky but won’t help here. Also, they might not know the difference themselves, because this is the only way they know how to acquire information and can’t tell how others do it. Sometimes seems very “accurate”, and certainly sounds good because it confirms exactly what you already “knew”.

What if I have memories of the life but none of the above adds up?

Memory is a funny thing. We can’t often remember the things we did last week, let alone last century in a previous life time. Clear memories have to be ‘downloaded’ with the help of some visions, and visions can be shared between people, and that happens all the time. Patchy memories are more reliable than ‘downloads’, but if you can, in these memories, truly feel like yourself, then this is a good thing. Sometimes we feel like such losers, that our spirit guides let us ‘borrow’ their own memories to give you self-confidence and a sense of achievement. However, I’m taking that away from you possibly, because I believe make-believe never makes a good foundation to solid self-confidence, but can be counter-productive when we try to fill up shoes that are too big for us. However, if you are getting someone else’s memories, they certainly love you lots and you at least have a famous friend. 🙂
