Is there a soul contract between yourself and your soulmate -spouse?

The way I see the Twin Flame concept’s idea of soulmates is that the contract isn’t as much a contract as it is a misunderstanding created over lifetimes and lifetimes of similar misunderstandings. The funny thing is that when the Normal Person* try to bond with the Savants*, the latter feel like broken up from. When the Savants* try to break free from a dog-type, they feel bonded with. Therefore, this is a very difficult union to break, and it is based on a TON of misunderstandings and misinterpretations of intentions and meanings. It can be incredibly difficult to correct these ideas when you don’t even know why you’re tangled up with them in the first place.

While I wouldn’t say there’s a contract between themselves and you, those relationships have always served a purpose – otherwise, they wouldn’t exist. And yes, sometimes the spirit may decide for you that, OK, we’ll keep this going while it benefits us, even after it becomes clear to you that the relationship is not what you want.

The so-called contract is an emotion, but it maybe based on an assumption and expectation of a reward from the dog-type’s side, as the Normal Person* never do anything without expecting payment. (Another way to accidentally bond with them is to GIVE them something for free, as they don’t understand it in any other potential other than love, stupidity, or a prepayment for a favor to be called in later.)

Therefore, the question is, what do they want? What is the price of your freedom?
