Marriage and Divorce as per Cat Type Thinking* and Lover-thinking* way

Marriage contracts should be reformatted by the Lover-thinking* and Cat Type Thinking* manner. The couple should be asked to agree before marrying on the terms of the dissolving of the marriage; can one partner file for a divorce alone, or do both partners need to sign the divorce paper, without coercion, to be considered legal?

It is 100% certain that a Savants* would not marry under the condition that both partners need to agree to a divorce IF ONLY to protect their partner. It is equally certain they would not marry a person who demands both partners to sign the divorce papers, as they would find it HIGHLY DUBIOUS for anyone to want to stop another person from leaving a dysfunctional marriage.

As for the Normal Person*, they don’t even see a point of a marriage unless it’s legally protecting the partner who is “getting dumped.” An Savant* sees one-sided divorce to protect a partner from potential spousal abuse. Still, the Normal Person* would find this type of marriage more secure, as they love differently to the Savants*.

This kind of marriage would effectively protect people from marrying people who they will find abusive to one level or another, no matter which way it goes; their way of thinking is so different that both parties feel the other one is being abusive, the more loving they attempt to be… Unbelievably but truly.
