Spirituality

What is spirituality, then? Prayers? Bibles? There may be several definitions, but as far as “spiritual, not religious” people go, spirituality is a state of living, where you trust your intuition and instinct over what you’ve read in a book. You believe that there is “something more” than just the physical, and you trust your inner guidance and knowledge that you are doing the right thing by people without having to be told what to do by a priest or the police for that matter.

That is being spiritual, but practising spirituality is a slightly different thing, and refers to active goal of removing barriers between the “physical” and the “spiritual” world. Now, many people who consider themselves spiritual do not quite understand this yet, but I will say that there is NO SUCH THING as a differentiation between the physical and the spiritual world; everything is made of “spirit” or “energy” if you look closely enough, and therefore, all physical items and beings are, in fact, made of spirit; we are all angels, if you will. (Think quantum physics.)

“Spirituality”, in practise, often refers to the acceptance and curiosity towards things like astrology, numerology, tarot cards, crystals, energy healing and pendulums, to name a few “spiritual” things, but in reality, spirituality can guide towards any area of life and, when it becomes the second nature of your soul, your new incarnations never think  about spirituality as a separate thing but take it as a part of their everyday life, no matter what they do in life, or whether you consider yourself “spiritual” or not.

Spirituality does not require a belief of any deity or a superior being, it simply refers to the belief of a consciousness or existence that is not definable by current day science alone. In the future, the line between science and spirituality should disappear completely, assuming both the spiritual students and the students of science all want to discover one and the same thing; the truth.
