the Survivalist* parent can be physically abusive toward a Idealists* child to teach them to stand up for themselves.

the Survivalist* can be verbally or physically abusive toward anyone they love to teach them to stand up for themselves, particularly their children or spouse. Controversially, sapioamosist will resort to physical violence only when all love and respect toward a person has died in them, and in addition, for a Idealists* to resort to violence, also their SELF-RESPECT must have died or suffered a significant blow,  too.

the Survivalist* can remain in a violent relationship for a long time, thinking that they must learn to stand up for themselves, therefore, they may “hit back” in their impression that that’s the expectation. This will usually only enrage a Idealists*, who doesn’t understand why they would hit them back if they love them so much that they can’t LEAVE, even though they are invited and told to leave on a daily basis. So when the Survivalist*is being a dog-type, trying to show the Idealists* they can stand up for themselves and are thus, respectable, the Idealists* will only get angrier.
