the Survivalist* play the waiting game and try to wait out other competitors over your affection.

When it comes to awkward relationships, the Survivalist* can certainly arrange them for the Idealists* to deal with. They sometimes play a waiting game, trying to “keep in the competition” for longer than other suitors of a popular individual. They may even other’s ignore sexual orientation, thinking “it can’t matter that much” because love, to them, isn’t really sexual; it’s about taking care of each other and “playing” with each other’s feelings. That’s why they don’t get offended easily, either, as to them, love is namely about pretending to be hateful while loving the other deep down.

Still, the Survivalist* may think that if they just keep being there (literally, just showing up), they should eventually out-sit the competition. They are not beneath sabotage of other competing relationships, either. To them, a situation like this is a competition over who wants that person most, not who that person loves the most.

This is a warning to you; if you picked this post randomly, you might have someone (who you don’t want) in your life trying to play time to outplay other people competing over your affections. Do yourself a favor and make sure you’re at least brave enough to talk to the people you want in your life and show them attention over the person you don’t want… (But ideally not where this person can see you, because they’ll park themselves next to the person you love the most to make sure you know they’re ALWAYS THERE, and eventually you’ll think you love them is the strategy.)

You may want to tell about this person to your intended, even as a joke, and explain why you may flirt with other people, too, so that this stalker of yours can’t tell which relationship to sabotage.
