The Personality Disorders Every Ambitious Person Needs to Know.

If you are a person with a level of ambition, even if you haven’t become famous yet, you will be a target of people suffering from certain personality disorders. A narcissistic personality disorder is the most obvious disorder you will find yourself battling in various ways, even if you are not a narcissist. In fact, these disorders are most troublesome to the people AROUND the person affected rather than the person themselves.

Narcissists do not always need to be seen as the best and fairest, but they need to be associated with the best and the fairest, and you may already be the one in their eyes. WANTING to be one of the best is a different thing. Narcissists don’t actually want to be the best (they don’t usually know what it takes); they want people to think they’re the best ABSOLUTELY without merit or credit. Therefore, everyone humble enough to do the work to get to the top CANNOT be a narcissist but is more than CERTAINLY surrounded by them.

Mind you, these are not official definitions by official psychological resources. The definition of Narcissistic Personality Disorder is my own, and years of personal obsession has gone into putting it into that one sentence.

The Narcissistic Personality Disorder.

I’ve summed up Narcissistic personality disorder to be a state of continual fear or terror of not being loved unconditionally combined with the belief that getting attention is a certain sign of unconditional love that is awarded to ONE PERSON in a group only, who will then become the sole beneficiary of all the assets of the group. A narcissist is effectively a baby in an adult body, purposefully helpless but mercilessly demanding. A narcissist will always fight for this top position of an infant child for as long as they live.

In other words, a narcissist believes that as long as they get your attention, they’re loved by you AND is superior/most important one to others in your eyes, whether this attention is positive (mommy loves you now) or negative (mommy loves you but also fears for you now).

A narcissist views themselves as a type of religious icon or artifact, like a baby that is protected and served by everybody and has failed to grow out of this state and take their place in the service of younger members of the group.

The biggest fear a narcissist faces daily is losing attention to someone else (equivalent to a sibling). When they go without attention, they feel worthless, and they are in constant competition with everyone else, including with their children, ESPECIALLY their same-sex teen and adult children.

A Narcissist employs different strategies to keep others on task: Protecting them and serving the narcissist every whim and need, like they were doing their servants a favor by reminding them of their sacred duty of serving them.

They also believe EVERYONE thinks this way and explain everyone else’s behaviors in this light… ALWAYS fighting for the TOP position of an infant child. “You lose; you have to be a mommy/daddy.”

The Borderline Personality Disorder.

Borderline Personality Disorder is much less important and prevalent for you to know about, but you WILL be better off knowing it. This is a pathological fear of abandonment stemming from a feeling of worthlessness. From your perspective, it is only important in people who you know and are personally involved with. They believe everyone is trying to leave them because they do not deserve love or care, and therefore, they try to force others into staying with them even when they don’t have to use force.

In other words, if you attempt to leave, break up, fire, or distance yourself from someone with Borderline Personality Disorder, they’ll go nuts. They’ll hit you, scream at you, try to shame you… Use any shortcut to make you stay – including possibly killing you… Which then makes them feel twice as worthless, if possible.

They make you feel very special as they need to be with you all the time at first, and once they get used to having you around, they can’t live without you anymore. (May turn murderous unless they have an NPD preventing that from happening. To confess they want someone’s love enough to kill them would be too much for a narcissist to admit to even themselves, therefore, a Narcissistic Borderline is less dangerous than a pure Borderline Personality, who will calmly say “I didn’t want him/her to leave me, so I killed them,” but a Borderline Personality without narcissistic traits is also more likable and empathic than one who also suffers from NPD.)

The Histrionic Personality Disorder.

Histrionic Personality Disorder is the “lots of fuss over nothing” people. You might easily classify Steven Tyler as a Histrionic, but he feels deep emotion, is actually sharp-witted, and he talks about things SPECIFICALLY, and with intent, unlike histrionics, who display a shallow understanding of the topics they speak of, exaggerate their non-existing emotions to create drama in place of true feelings, and act flirtatiously to make themselves wanted and admired – not to make another person feel wanted and admired.

The histrionics are vague and unspecific and talk about “overwhelming evidence” and “extraordinary talent” without actually presenting any.

Albeit relatively harmless without the Narcissistic and/or Borderline disorders in the same person, histrionics can be very tiring and disruptive people to have and keep around.

Protect yourself on your way up, and once you become famous.

It is vital for your future life to be able to protect yourself from the Chalk and their influence on your life and career. Knowing their thought processes is very helpful to you, if not life-saving. It is also important to know when you are being selfish and when it is that you are being taken advantage of – required to self-sacrifice for another person’s benefit.

I will not go into great detail on these personality types on this blog and limit it all to posts related to getting rich and famous the right way. All my possible weirdo personality posts will be at InnerBeastLibrary.com once I get that started; on my way to the top, hey?

There is a STRONG chance you’ll make miscalculations on who you should trust. One good way to protect yourself from errors in judgment is to use Sneakemail.com for everything even before you become famous.
