What makes a sexy guy, like a rock star, sexy?

You’d think money and status is the answer with all women, but that’s not true. The irony is that a rock star ticks the boxes for most women for different reasons, some of which are reasons the rock stars themselves would rather not tick any boxes over.

Let’s break it down, shall we?

Taming him.

Some women like to tame men and chase the wild men down. They love to wrangle down a man who is difficult to control, and they think being a rock star makes a man difficult to control. That is, however, not necessarily true at all. They maybe very mild-mannered and soft. Say, Joe Perry of Aerosmith, for example, is a very philosophical, calm, collected, and friendly guy, while Jon Bon Jovi is romantic, kind, and socially aware… You know. Tons of those guys in there. Like taming a bunny rabbit, really.

If they put up a fight, they REALLY must think she’s worthless. Easy enough to do with men who hold a high moral compass like many, many rock stars do.

The ragged (not rugged) look.

This is the box that the rock star would rather not have ticked.

Some women are looking for a rescue animal in men because they think they can’t get a good one. So they figure that a rock star looks desperate for a woman’s hand, but, on the plus side, he’s got money. SURELY she can make a decent man out of him.

Her attitude comes from disrespect, misunderstanding of his work, and a superiority complex toward rockers and an inferior complex toward other people.

The same look for a rebellious woman.

A rebellious woman goes for the same look for an entirely different reason. She wants someone to liberate her from mundane expectations of a white picket fence and a golden retriever -life. She wants a rebel who will get her into good trouble: sex, maybe drugs, and definitely rock n’ roll.

The sapioamorist

Most rockers are quite philosophical, you know? That appeals to the sapioamorist/sapiosexual woman.

I’m personally a rebellious sapioamorist. 😉
