When you hear the exact thing you want to hear in spirit… Can you trust it?

You may be aware of situations when people fully twist the negative things they hear in person into positive things without fail. Someone says: “I hate you.” They seem to hear, “He loves me.” Sure, they HEARD him correctly; they heard him say, “I hate you,” but she figured he was teasing her and truly meant, “I love you,” right? So what if in spirit, it actually translates things to you, so instead of hearing the “I hate you,” you automatically hear “I love you”?

To tell you the truth, I do believe that the spirit can do a lot of tricks that we wish it didn’t. It can lie to you; it can coax your ego; it can try to trick you and fool you – it can try and make you a fool; the village idiot, it can misguide you, it can do all of these things – to teach you a lesson or to guide you where that individual spirit wants you: back to God and Jesus, maybe, according to that particular individual spirits’ beliefs. Let’s suppose your family is strongly Muslim and you take up New Age; the chances are that at least some of your “spirit guides” are your elders trying to guide you back to God – the same goes for all religions and belief systems.

Those are the facts: Your spirit guides are human spirits, and they have their opinions, agenda, their failings, and their good intentions. Their presence is like a collection of spirits that you need to learn to deal with. These are the people around you – and you have the opportunity to get to know them… Their motivations, their weaknesses, their good intentions, and their entitlements. The dynamic of people in your spirit circles. A simulation of your spiritual dynamics as you requested.

The spirit will exploit your weaknesses.

The spirit is here to TEACH YOU. Your spirit guides, or, rather, the people who love you in any shape or form, are here to TEACH YOU. But what they are teaching you may not be worth learning. As they are there to teach you A LESSON, they will exploit your weaknesses. Ever heard of “penetration testing”? Companies that are HIRED TO HACK or break into the very company’s systems that hired them to test if it’s humanly doable. That’s what your spirit guides may be doing. They are finding your weaknesses – for their own purposes or to teach you to fix the leaks.

Examine possible leaks:

You need to examine yourself, your own motivations, fears, and true desires; how strongly do you need to hear that a certain individual loves you? Are you capable of fooling yourself, or are you FINE with the theoretical possibility that a person MIGHT NOT love you now or could possibly fall out of love with you for one reason or another? How badly do you want people to believe you are a gifted psychic? How badly do you want to gain weapons against other people as a psychic?

How much do you want to do this to be admired? How many lies would you swallow just to FEEL LIKE you are important? I’m not saying you are NOT loved, not admired, not important, or that you are not a gifted psychic; you may well be all of those things and more, but HOW BADLY do you desire, want to believe that? Are you willing to fool yourself to make that true for yourself?

Your fear of embarrassment is your biggest ally and the best security system.

If you shudder at the thought of running to the market square screaming, “God speaks to me, I am the CHOSEN ONE!” when you are simply not, you’re probably OK. If you HATE the idea that you’d bust in to interrupt your supposed True Emotion Mirror’s wedding from com style and find out he or she truly loves the person they intend to marry, tossing you out of the church in a shameful scene, you’re probably OK. If you fear that you’re making a FOOL out of yourself by trusting what you hear, you probably will hold a good grip on reality just so that you don’t let what you hear MAKE YOU into a fool, right?

And I will not lie to you: The spirit often WANTS TO make a fool out of people who don’t watch out for themselves. It’s like a sport to certain spirits. They freaking LOVE to make you think you’re special and make a fool out of you in front of as many people as they can.

So I would, personally, never drop my guard completely. I do not think blind faith is an admirable trait in a person. Blind faith puts a ring on your nose and gives the leash to whoever is willing to take it – usually not a good person.

What was your initial “prompt”?

What you can and cannot trust also depends on your initial wishes. The true wishes inside your heart that you ACTUALLY wanted or want now. What did you set as your GOAL? What do you want to achieve? I, personally, had multiple goals that all kind of point at the same point: I want NEVER to have these problems again; I want to END this bullshit. I want to FINISH and POLISH myself; I want to reach WHATEVER LEVEL OF SPIRITUAL/PSYCHOLOGICAL PERFECTION IS HUMANLY POSSIBLE at this point in history, I should probably ad. In addition to that, I wanted to RID MYSELF OF BULLSHIT RELATIONSHIPS and to figure out what I kept doing wrong so that the actual loves of my life kept escaping me. (Answer, in short: I’m not selfish enough, and I’ve tried TOO HARD to be “a good person.” Notice the words “enough” and “too” refer to overcorrecting from the fear of being selfish and entitled. TOO FAR, I went off balance. You must be a good person, but you shouldn’t be TOO GOOD, just GOOD ENOUGH.)

That’s a big ask in itself, but my ambition didn’t end there.

I literally started the ball rolling with this thought: “I want to understand everything.”

OBVIOUSLY, that’s going to kick up some major spiritual shit, don’t you think? “WHO THE FUCK DO YOU THINK YOU ARE?!”

“Mothafucka, I am the alpha!”

And this, I swear: The entity that initially introduced himself as God has had to back off many times after losing an intellectual argument with me. And I do not think a god loses intellectual arguments to a human. And by intellectual, I do not mean STUBBORN and incapable of seeing the other perspective, what women usually mean by “an intellectual argument.” 😀

So I guess that makes me the new God.

I’m kidding. Please don’t treat me as a god, and even though I say that in jest, I know how TEMPTING IT IS to label a HUMAN BEING a god, so you don’t have to compare yourself to a superior individual directly and hold yourself to the same standard or think that there are mere mortals like that out there, and how tempting it is for a human to ACCEPT that description for more obvious reasons. The further back in line you are, the more willing you are to think of me as an actual goddess. The more you wish to think of me as a goddess, it literally, directly means YOU’RE STUPID.

Still, I want to reach physical immortality, so there’s that, too.

I am, I swear to the proverbial god, the sanest crazy person in existence. Fuck I am not a goddess, but I am the queen of balance.

Find the balance point.

And that brings me to the final point. FIND the balance point. The most important thing in spirituality, with no other rival for that throne, is to find the balance point. You get the balance point a little off from the center, and you’re causing drama to yourself and, consequently, to others. And then, you have to learn to walk that tightrope… Then run it. Dance. Do it in style with poise and grace while looking sexy as f.

And trust me; life will never be boring again when you know how EASILY you can fuck it all up no matter how fucking skilled you are at life.

So don’t worry about getting too smart or “having all the answers.” Don’t congratulate yourself. You will not outsmart love. You will not outsmart the Universe. It’s SAFE to be 100% as capable as you could possibly be without finding life boring…

But… Without a close to a 20/20 spiritual vision… Your life will feel boring, as you can’t see the fine print.

So the answer?

Can you trust what you hear in spirit? Absolutely not. The point is to learn to trust yourself.
