Why do the Savants* seem so… Unhappy?

If being the Savants* solo player is so awesome, why do they often come across so angry and resentful, the Normal Person*would ask.

The reason is not something that the Normal Person*wants to hear: You are the problem.

The Savants* ARE NOT ALWAYS bitter, angry, or resentful, but they easily turn into that in the Normal Person*-company. When the Savants* are amongst themselves, they’re happy, joking, jovial, they’re creative, supportive, fun, engaged, smart… You name it. That is their happy place, to be surrounded by other the Savants*, who don’t try to HOLD THEM there against their will. Each the Savants* holds the responsibility of being a POSITIVE in that group. There is no bratting, picking a fight out of nowhere, and there is no pushing and showing or over-lording. The Savants* can function with a group of strangers without knowing who the boss is here, they trust each other by default and keep things light, jovial, and fun without having to find out which one of us is the boss.

It’s the Normal Person*that will eventually go crazy in this situation, and they will start picking a fight to see who’s the boss. This is when the Savants* get annoyed with the Normal Person* and the bullshit comes up. Without a strong the Savants* leader, the bullshit spreads and the whole group will very likely dismantle or go into the hands of the Savants*.

An Savant* leader will have to UTILIZE the eject and ban -button equivalent in real life, too. The Savants* working and hobby groups CANNOT allow the pecking order to be tested, but the Savants* leader must be equal with others UP TO THE POINT when the Normal Person*tries testing it. At that point, the Normal Person*must be banned without giving another change, but only after the rest of the group has seen what type of behavior is not tolerated. Premise: “If you don’t know how to deal with other adults with politeness and respect, I do not have the time to educate you on the matter. You are not welcome back.” This has to be absolutely COLD and there cannot be any hesitation or pity on the part of the Savants* leader; therefore, often it is wise to let the argument go on for a while until the decision is final. If you don’t want to see them back, throw them out, with no mercy or “temporary bans”. One trespass and you’re out.

You can disagree with the Savants*, but there’s a protocol to obey. You have to express your opinion with respect and kindness toward ALL members of the group. Personal attacks and bullying is not tolerated unless the Normal Person*tarts it; a Savants* leader has the right to push back as much as necessary; until they have demonstrated to the rest of the group why this person is going to get the ban.

the Savants* CANNOT tolerate people being bratty and disagreeable. They have no respect for such behavior, therefore, the Normal Person*will ALWAYS find unhappy the Savants* before long, because it is the Normal Person*that makes them feel unhappy.

The Normal Person*likes to play rough for the Savants* liking, therefore, any bs should be met by a swift exclusion from the group with no option to complain about that decision.
