You can have it, but there are rules.

Nobody can have certain things for free. If you keep asking for a grand prize as a gift, you defeat the whole point of the prize. You can, of course, go get yourself a trophy from a shop, but what does that prove except that you’re a fishin’ narcissist?

You can have anything anyone else has ever had as soon as you have got the energy, skills, experience, and wisdom to do what they did to get what they have.

And, for anything big, the Law of Attraction and the Law of the Truest Wish only work in giving you the opportunity to do the work required for it; it clears your way (and blocks a lot of wrong turns), but it won’t walk for you.
