Spiritual Life coach: Life has no meaning or purpose. It’s just for fun.

Life is meaningless, and that's a great thing!

I know some of you might find the sentiment of life having no set purpose distressing, but let me assure you, it’s a good thing. Why life exists, I don’t know, but it does. The meaning of physical life is to stop immortal souls from getting bored stiff. Just imagine it. You live in the vast nothingness of space that has nothing in it, no planets, no gases, no nothing. You’re self-aware but alive. Hell, much? Now, in this space, do you care what you will create? You put two molecules together and see what happens.

I believe a consciousness cannot exist in a state of pure potential, that I believe space was before everything, and not create matter. I know I contradict the Big Bang Theory, but I think it might have been a reverse situation: everything was so far apart that each atomic particle held no electric or gravitational field to the other. So perfectly distanced in a state of pure potential, that even the smallest amount of energy, like the first thought of a conscious spirit, would create something.

Then, we learned to hold onto our atoms.

Something, anything at all.

I believe we exist in the physical form for no other reason but to touch each other, both violently and gently, and to entertain ourselves. I think we die to forget. 😉 Our first task is to find a way to live that we enjoy so much we’re happy doing it over and over – or find an imagination of the kind that requires no death. But still, if you think about it, there are some things we love to do again for the first time, don’t you think? Would you, if you knew you will reincarnate with 100% certainty, would you like to stop dying, given you get to do your favorite things again for the first time? I know I wouldn’t. I might want a longer lifespan with more youthful years, but I certainly wouldn’t want to stop dying to forget and to redo all the coolest bits in a hurry.

Forever is a very, very long time.

There are people who believe some of us are old souls that will be ascending to a higher plane of existence soon. I don’t really know what they mean. Personally, all the elevation I want is to learn to appreciate it all. To learn how to live a physical life, enjoying every aspect of the miracle that it is. My life’s purpose is to learn to enjoy it. Teaching the same to others gives my life a bit of meaning. Still, knowing it doesn’t matter whether you enjoy it or not gives me peace. Maybe you love being miserable and messing things up, no skin off my nose. 😉

That said, forever is a very, very long time. From this perspective, knowing that you CANNOT DIE because nothing can kill life, don’t you think that it really doesn’t matter what happens, not really? It’s all interesting, and if it’s interesting, it’s entertainment for immortal souls. Sure, in the moment that it happens, perhaps you wish you weren’t just there, then, but give it some time, and you tell the exciting story of how you almost… Or, you recall a past life and think “wow.” (And yes, I can teach you to remember your past lives if you want.)

No matter how bad it gets, it’s only a short moment… And you’ll be back for… For more of something, anything at all, if you haven’t honed your tastes yet.

What do you love so much you could do it over and over and over…?

Ha! I know what half of you are thinking, and I agree. How, with whom, and what specific form of a feel-good rush are you looking for? What’s your favorite flavor?

I believe our first task is to become aware of our thing. I believe we manifest everything that we want or believe will happen. Think about it… When did you decide you wanted the life that you have? How much “luck” or “coincidences” went into it? Quite a few, don’t you think?

Even if you live in rather awkward, tough, or unpleasant circumstances… Can you tell when you asked for it and why? I know people are not always logical. We can want horrible things, or at least grab an opportunity to experience something extraordinary when it presents itself. Cancer? You gotta try it at least once. Being killed by a serial killer? Once in a thousand years, for sure! Becoming a serial killer? Well, at least one lifetime, yes?

But. People have their classic favorites: being a child and having sex. Not often combined. 😉 Two different things, for sure! But Young Souls love being children, Old Souls love sex more. And I, for one, don’t even want to know what life would be like if I ever got bored with it. It’d suck.
